Summer is almost here and that means crossing some new activities off of your bucket list! I’ve listed 13 fun ideas for you to do alone, with friends or as a couple. Let the adventure begin..
1. GO HORSEBACK RIDDING IN THE BLUE SEAN.
If you want to live a true life fairy tail you’ll have to go horseback ridding in or along side the blue sea. You’ll feel like a tropical princess. I spent my time in Turks and Caicos riding a horse named Cornel through the Caribbean Sean in Five Cays. I’ve only ridden a horse once before this but it was a very easy ride and the ocean is beautiful! Make sure to wear your swim suit because you will get wet!
2. GET LOST IN THE ATLANTIC OCEAN.
Another must-do bucket list adventure is swimming in waist high clear water. I found my share in Turks and Caicos, in the Atlantic ocean where I saw some of the bluest waters I’ve ever seen. The water was very calm and I could see right through to the bottom. I even spotted some sea creatures at my feet. This clear water is also amazing for snorkeling adventures and scuba diving which I plan on doing when I come back!
3. RELAX ON A PRIVATE BEACH.
Step away from all of the hustle and bustle and find peace of mind on a private beach. There’s something amazing about having nature all to yourself. I’ve found it to cause the ultimate relaxation and calmness for my mind and body. I discovered my own little beach for a time while I was in Maui Hawaii.
4. EAT FROM A FOOD STAND.
Switch it up and try grabbing food from a tropical or a foreign food stand. There’s nothing tasting delicious fresh fruits and fruit drinks from a food stand on a Island that grows fresh fruit of its own. Authentic foods dishes found in food stands that are also fast and delicious. I visited this food stand is Maui where I was blown away with the fresh fruits and tropical drinks.

5. DISCOVER NEW WATERFALLS.
A buckets list can’t be complete without including a waterfall and new discoveries. Discover a new waterfall you’ve never seen before and take in all the beauty it brings. If you’re brave enough, try taking a dip in the waterfall springs. I traveled to the twin Fall in Hawaii but I’m always down to find big and beautiful waters to cross off my bucket list.
6. TRY TROPICAL DRINKS.
Once you try a fresh tropical drink, you’ll never want to go back. The artificial stuff will not appeal to you nearly as much after you quench your thirst with drinks made from freshly grown, picked and squeezed fruit. Once I tried fresh coconut juice, I immediately fell in love! It’s transferred from a bucket list drink to a must have drink whenever I m in a location that provides it.
7. TAKE A SELFIE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE OCEAN.
Take your selfies from a new exotic location this summer like the middle of the crystal blue ocean. This part of the atlantic ocean is on Bracebay beach and much of the water does not go above your waist! We had to take a selfie in this jaw dropping location!
8. WATCH THE SUNSET FROM THE BEACH.
Find the most beautiful sunsets this summer. Try watching the sunset from a beach, rooftop or mountains. Experience the sunset in a place you’ve never been before and cross every new location off of your bucket list! The sunset is one of the most beautiful times of the day so enjoy this perfect view watching a cloudless sky.
9. WATERMELON BY THE WATER.
Quench your thirst this summer by stuffing your face with fresh watermelon by the water. There are so many events and opportunities for this like the 4th of July to beach vacations. A hot day and watermelon are a perfect summer bucket list experience.
10. PAMPER YOURSELF WITH A SPA DAY.
Rejuvenate your spirit by giving yourself “me” time. You deserve a complete pampering and there is no better way to do this than with a full spa day. Fill your special day with hot oil body massages and steam rooms. Cross this off your summer back list but also incorporate it into your lifestyle as a regular routine.
11. MAKE NEW FRIENDS WITH EXOTIC ANIMALS.
Learn to concur your fears and welcome an exotic animal into your friend circle. Doing something new and that causes you fear leads you to growth. This also helps you see and understand that somethings just aren’t as scary as you once thought. I made friends with a snake that probably weighs as much has me during my time in New Orleans and I survived to tell about .
12. TAKE A TROLLY RIDE.
Ridding a trolly when visiting San Francisco should be on everyone’s bucket list. San Francisco is a beautiful city full of history and culture and there is no better way to experience it than to ride a trolley.
13. FIND NEW WALLS.
Beautiful, colorful walls and murals are taking over in major cities. You can find some beautiful walls right in my home town of LA.
