I’m back home for a wedding this weekend and it feels so good to be back on the East Coast again. This weather is surprisingly great for my versatile Strapless Pleated Romper because it’s mid to high 70s here! The polyester material and pleated style provide it’s professionalism. But it’s still a romper and shorts making it pretty casual as well. Throw on a blazer and matching heels to dress it up or a sweater and flats to dress it down.

This Sunday was perfect for my peach sundress. Having just the right color to compliment your skin tone is so important when it comes to sundresses. Also length is important as well. With me being “vertically challenged” I have to be careful when purchasing long dresses and skirts. Most people like to wear flats but I wear heels. Top it off with just the right sunhat and you’re ready for a relaxing Sunday on the West Coast.

It’s Saturday night and you can never go wrong with a little backless black dress. From date night to a night out with the girls, it will always suite the occasion. Especially this one by David Lerner. Purchased on sale at Nordstromrack for $79.

What I love about Los Angeles is that there are clothing stores on every corner. These stores are usually are small clothing boutiques that offer extremely affordable clothing. I stumbled upon a store called Bkaz fashion where I landed this black, flowered dress in a perfect fit. There is no website and I don’t believe that they ship. If you happen to be in the area, definitely check it out!

High waisted skirts with heels will elongate the legs of short body types. Combine with a simple crop top for a casual look or dress it up by adding a blazer.
