How long would I need to drink this? Would it need to be taken with good?

Hi Brittany! Happy to see you’ve found this article helpful! These detox water recipes are not intended for you to simply drink by themselves, that would be more of a fast. Incorporating berries into your water will serve as antioxidants. The antioxidant properties of the berries serve as detoxification in the body. I’ve personally found it helpful to remove toxic foods (process foods, GMO, very acidic foods) from my diet if I’m really trying to reset. I hope that helps.
