I’ve been feeling very inspired lately by plaid. I put this fun outfit together with or without the plaid wrapped around the waste. Can’t recall where exactly I got these over the knee boots because i got them last year but they are back in season now and you can find them pretty much anywhere.

Today I’m wearing this Burgundy, Surplice halter top by Madison & Berkeley. This Burgundy color is perfect for the colorful fall season. It can be paired with a variety of bottoms. I wore mine with skinny jeans which can easily be shaped out for cut off shorts as shown on the model below. I’m wearing an xs which is still a little long for me so I tucked in the front. I made my purchase at nordstroms but I linked the one from topi.com below.

I started this blog to showcase different fashion ideas particularly for people (like me) with unique body frames.  Over the years, I’ve learned to be creative with my style in order for my fashion to fit me. This outfit is a perfect example of that. I’m actually wearing this high-neck camisole top from BCBGeneration backwards to get the perfect look for me.

Below you can see how this top was made to fit, and I’m wearing it backwards. When shopping for clothes, you will never look just like the model and that’s okay. Learn your style, be comfortable in your body and change the fashion to fit you 🙂

It’s Fall  2016 and flared jeans are back in style!  I’ve heard that trends repeat themselves every couple of years but now I’m at the age where I can witness it for myself. Bell bottoms first made their appearance in the 1970s, which was before my time. However, I do remember these trendy pants springing back into style during my middle school days which was in the early 2000s. Here’s how I style my flares:

I’m wearing a V-neck, light weight blouse with wing sleeves. The blouse is accented with a low-cut back which has a stringed tie. I paired this top with my True Religion flares.

I wasn’t able to find the exact top but I found something similar from Zara. I’m wearing an XS.  I was lucky enough to find these jeans at a super low-cost from a second-hand clothing boutique but I’ve linked some True Religion flares below. I’m wearing size 25.
